

Happy Monday everybody. Quite a few of you asked about my ‘ab workout’ after last weeks posts. This is what I do to start every workout, it only takes 10 minutes, add it to your routine for 3 weeks and you’ll feel a difference trust me!
S ball crunches x 20
Lying leg raises x 15
Plank x 1 minute
Vacuum exercises sat on S Ball x 1 minute
REPEAT x 3 with no rest between sets or circuit.
