The morning started with yoga and breathing practices 🧘♀️ (looking for balance in the middle of the week). Did you know that yoga not only helps you relax but also improves brain function? So here I am now starting my day with an “om” to be in harmony with myself 😌
In the afternoon, experimenting with a new recipe: vegan rolls 🥢 (I dream of creating the perfect combination of flavors). By the way, did you know that veganism became popular back in ancient India? Here I am now feeling connected to thousands of years of tradition 🌱
In the evening, reading a book on architectural history 🏛️ (I'm inspired by great buildings)
