The most important lesson for me during these 2 years is not to lose the feeling of inner security. Meditation helps me with this, although I don't believe in all this shamanic stuff, but lighting a palo santo, putting on some quiet music and sitting like that for an hour is what puts everything in its place in my head 🧘🏻♀️
