Go in to the rest of the week trying to manifest the best possible weekend (or whenever your next free day is). Increase space, even if it’s only a little bit between yourself and what your top 5 stressors are. They’ll still be there if you allow yourself a day or two to not think about them, don’t feel guilty. Guilt and shame are what drives so much of our downslides. Then we pick up others judgements, and take them more to heart than we should. I have some thoughts later I can offer on where and what to start with if you don’t know how or need some inspiration. I don’t know that enough of us get pure solitude. Please think on this, I’m so interested in it. When was the last time you were really truly disconnected and alone? From every part of society. How long did it last? Was it peaceful or scary? Comments or dm is fine! I really should offer full disclosure when I say I ask these things purely for my own interest and entertainment. To learn something about how other people live and think. So respond keeping the thought in mind that it’s for information rather than conversation.
