Added 2023-02-03 14:04:50 +0000 UTCDeep breathing. I’m getting a little better. It takes a few breaths to feel into it or not awkward but it has been relaxing, at least a little, every time I’ve tried. Try a nice long full body stretch if you can after and I think you’ll feel much better.
