I've been getting asked a lot what an NFT even is, so let me take a minute to explain a little better for anybody who is curious. NFT stands for non-fungible token. If you're totally unfamiliar with cryptocurrency, this will probably not make much sense, but IMHO it's worth researching and understanding. An NFT is a digital item that is registered on the blockchain, and this creates a certificate of ownership that is easily verifiable and can be traced back to the item's original creator. Some NFTs are literally just a digital thing that you purchase, while some include unlockable components that the purchaser receives after buying, and some NFT creators also offer a physical component or physical version of the art to the initial buyer. It's a totally cool new way of making and selling art, especially collectible, one-of-a-kind pieces. My friend @drivenbyboredom wrote a very good blog post that describes NFTs a little more in depth than what I just said here. All that being said: The image you see in this post is my first NFT that is for sale on Rarible (I made one prior but delisted it because I decided I would rather keep it for myself, plus the gas fees are too high for most people to justify buying it anyway). It's titled "LEGSSS" and it's a composite photo of me being eclipsed by my own ass and, of course, legs. True to life. 😂 Whoever buys this NFT will receive the high-res file upon purchasing, and will also receive a 16x20 matte poster print of the image, which I will sign (if you want me to). This will be the only image and poster in existence. Like, I have literally deleted all original versions of the images used to create the composite. The sale price is .09 Ethereum, which is pretty cheap in NFT land. Most of you probably don't know that I'm really into illustration and hand lettering, something I never show or talk about because there's not really a place for those things in my porn career. But with NFTs, there could be! So keep your eyes peeled for some original illustrations etc. on my Rarible account, too. Whether you are already into crypto stuff or not, please go check it out! And if you're totally new to all this but you're curious, I think NFTs are a really fun and accessible way to get into crypto and learn a little bit about it.
