About once or twice a year I/we (hubby and I) really increase our training, and itβs the beginning of one of those times. My birthday is coming up in June; 37 yrs old, a mother and a wife I wanna be in the best shape of my life while simultaneously learning new skills. Iβm learning stock trading as another financial a avenue and just to add more knowledge. As for the physical side, my trainingβ¦.weβve switched it up from bodybuilding/weight training style, to more calisthenics and plyometrics. Going hard and itβs physically demanding on my body, not something Iβm used to but I need it.
