Legday and we are trying to lower rep ranges and increase intensity 🏋🏻‍♀️ It’s been like 3 years since I last squatted heavy but strength is still good and I did 3 sets with 120 kg 🥵 My brain has to be adjusted again for those heavier loads but I’m satisfied with todays session🤩🙏 We also did RDL with a top set with 150 kg, Bulgarian split squat and glute drive before burning of the quads, hams and calves in the machines 🔥🥵 I’m excited to see what progress we will make the next couple of months and hopefully grow some bigger legs cause one can never get too big legs😈😍
