A titty flash at the bustling coffee shop to get me pumped for this study/work sesh☕️ Not sure many of you know, but I’m currently enrolled at the Integrative Institute for Nutrition learning from the leading experts in all things health and wellness, while learning the transformative skills of Health Coaching. It’s honestly been life changing, and I’ve been starting to take clients for the 1:1 Wellness Mentorships I offer. Building a business around my passion for helping others realize their power and bring their goals into actualization has been so damn fulfilling, and I’m beyond stoked to be calling more of this work into my life 💕
