Ahhh I did it, babyyy!!! I was able to withstand -40 degree F temperatures NAKED…😍❄️ I guess all the Wim Hoff meditation & cold dips are paying off hehe On another note, Alaska has me in complete and utter awe. I’ve never experienced an arctic landscape like this before and it’s been so eye-opening, healing, and inspiring for me. This mystical winter wonderland has me humbled to me knees. Although I’m “working”, I am in a deep reflective, grounding state amongst both the intensity and the serene stillness of it all.
