Not to mention we sometimes go for weeks without sun light.. so, I also eat more and my cardio decreases, making me gaining weight and feeling worse about myself. THEN I take this video of myself and when I watch it I realize how beautiful I always am and how much my body has changed and IMPROVED! ..if you stick around for few months and years you’ll be able to track my progress too!😉 Advice of the day: take a good photo or video of yourself and enjoy watching your beauty ❤️
