

23 Feb 2024 💗my fave photo I took today💗 I have ongoing worsening iron deficiency / peri-menopause symptoms / heavy periods every 24 days average / undiagnosed adhd / burnout from last year catching up with me ☆ taking at least one month off from the gym now to 'rest' because I feel like shit everyday/struggling/esp in the week leading up to my period which means I feel maybe ok one week of the month
