





Photos and video from morning check in. Noticeable improvement this week. Slowly edging towards my goal. Minor setback yesterday. Strained my right oblique. May have to take a few days off to let it heal. But will get right back on the wagon when it’s go time. Gonna continue to diet hard and do cardio until I am healed. Loving the process so far and excited for big things this year. Literally having so much fun this prep. Really pushing myself hard and being as dialed in and strict as possible with my nutrition.
