Suggestion- think of something you are really grateful for right nowβ¦ anything in your life that comes to mind?! Then, find a way to outwardly express EXTRA gratitude for that βsomethingβ throughout the day, whether it be call the person & say Thankyou, or you send someone a gift saying Thankyou or you offer to help them with a projectβ¦ just try do one thing to show that gratitudeβ¦ love is the answer, so mindful practises like this are wonderful & I love sharing them! πβ¨
