

My first workout for ages… weeks!!! For those of you that have been with me for a while, you know that before van life I was going to the gym 4-5 times a week. Safe to say I felt soooooo weak during this workout, by the end of it my legs were jelly as you can tell by the poor form in my lunges😂🙈
