Maybe some where in between? Personally I'm facing some of the hardest days of my adult life. I just wanted to share that with so you know. Whatever it is you're going through you're not alone. As hard as it is to be present on the tough days when you truly show yourself kindness and stay present in the moment on those hard days it levels up your heart and strength. It makes you who you are. Hard days always come and go. But your heart endures and grows and that's the beautiful part.
