I actually forgot to take pics right after and the first thing I ALWAYS do is take off my shoes 🤣🤣 I really hate wearing shoes. But then I remembered I promised pics so we can see the progress im making so thats how we ended up with feetsies pics. Im working on my gym booty by doing ass to grass squats, weighted squats, kick backs, leg lifts, step ups, and pelvic thrusts. Its so nice having a home gym and its pretty awesome the number of different exercises you can do with a bar and weights! I've been doing kinda heavy and low reps so far. My ass to grass squats are up to 27.5 pounds at 8 to 10 reps so I hope to keep growing ! I used to do a lot more so I just want to get back to that point. Resistance bands are really easy and cheap thing to get to do multiple exercises too! Im by no means a personal trainer or expert or anything like that haha but I will try to share what I do know with you 😊
