(Double chin) for many people, this is genetic and just the way our bodies store fat. There is no exercise out there that directly targets the fat underneath our chin, and this is something I’ve always been insecure about long before I even started OF. It’s something I notice a lot more being on camera, and it’s something I have had even when I was almost 100 pounds skinnier. Tbh I don’t think many of you would even notice much of a difference, I just want to be as transparent as possible with you guys and also let you know I will be healing for about a week or two. Customs will be put on hold. That being said, I still will be posting pre filmed content everyday, and online chatting with you guys (come keep me company lol!). I know most of you think I’m perfect the way I am and although I do really appreciate that, I am doing this for myself because I don’t like it about myself! Also, no I am not getting any other surgeries done to alter my body nor have I. If you have an insecurity I don’t think there is anything wrong with changing it. Sorry for the long rant.
