

I want to share with you one very interesting fact. A fact about how nutrition and a good mood are connected 😅 But this is my personal observation 🤓
I noticed that when I’m in a bad mood, even my favorite dish doesn’t seem as tasty and adored to me than when I eat it in a good mood 🧐
