Added 2020-12-30 04:24:05 +0000 UTCI’ve never had a massage in my entire 48years on this planet, but I think I’m starting to really see the potential benefit of having those. Also, for those of you following me on Instagram, you know that I’m only 3.5 months into my adventure in lifting weights, so... while I’m so glad that I’m working out with weights, I’m realistic that my body won’t look like what I’m “dreaming” of for many months. I will say, at 48, the recovery is a big part of succeeding. Proper eating, sleeping, hydration, and the physical exercise are all very important. Probably in that order too. But I might start paying for massage in the months to come, once it’s more sensible to get massages. 🦉❤️
