I have to be up at 6am to get to class for 7am so I can prep my mise en place for my cooking class! Today we made steak...my favorite! We slightly overcooked our first piece to medium but nailed medium rare on our second try! I also have a riding lesson at 5pm and I gotta say by the end I was running out of stream...thank God for coffee! Thank GOD tomorrow is Friday!
