



Day 2 workout update : im real sweaty. Real hot. And my thighs are starting to get sore lol already. I ate an edible last night, ate the whole ass thing and probably shouldn't have. So I was on a dang trip, woke up kinda groggy but still made dinner and worked out 👍 woo! Here's to hoping working out helps with sleeping better too.
