

Day 5 workout update : today I split up my workout a bit different, I timed the intervals with the capability of my lungs compared to just following the tutorial. So I did more frequent but shorter intervals and wowie I got real sweaty lol jesus. But was a good workout, i was in a blegh mood so I took that out into my workout lol alsoooooo listened to some different music, had knocked loose going with some Vanna and stray from the path and man that got me pumped. Nothing makes you wanna bounce around and release aggression like knocked loose 😂😂😂 but over all day 5 was good! Woohoo!
