I ran around my house all day Sunday cleaning, climbed the stairs a shit ton. So figured that covered it. Then Monday idk, I did kind of kick my own ass by slipping in the shower that night though 😂 so pay back for not working out lol I was uber sore and a bit hung over from drinking a sugary beer the next day. So I did NOTHING on Tuesday. Laid in bed. And today I got up and worked out a bit but not intensely. I have totally stuck to eating healthier though, and thats a big part of it! I will tone my body slowly, but this is a giant change. Ive never worked out consistently (besides squats) in my life. So im not gonna be too hard on myself. Its all a part of the learning curve and getting a good schedule going. Im proud ive eaten healthier and cleaner, and that ive stuck to good portions and have binge ate. Its about the little victories 👍 I have lost a bit of water weight too with eating healthier and it feels nice not to have food make you feel bloated lol woo! This might be a longer update but I know some peeps are interested and genuinely like the insight. And I like writing it down, so thanks for giving me the space to share 💗
