I spent yesterday afternoon on the (very) exposed front lawn of my cute lil beach bungalow listening to lectures, taking notes and completing assignments interspersed with some reading. This week marks the beginning of a year long journey with the Integrative Institute for Nutrition to not only improve my own personal health & wellness but to also become a holistic health coach! I’m so freaking giddy with excitement. This has been a long time coming, and I honestly wouldn’t have been able to pursue this dream if it weren’t for your support here🥰 Already resonating so deeply with what I’m learning and can’t wait to share some of it with you.
