First purchase a bundle Eucalyptus from your local florist (or online) 2. Lay Eucalyptus on a sheet of paper (or news paper) 3. Roll over Eucalyptus with an empty (or full) bottle of wine to release its soothing and distressing essential oils for about a minute or so. You will smell when you have done it right! 4. Hang in shower or bath underneath your shower head or faucet. 5. Take a hot steamy shower or bath and relax in heaven 😇 My water heater needs to be replaced today—so I will be back to posting as soon as I can!
