I’ve been so anxious these past few days, and I’m not sure why. My depression has gone down a lot thankfully, but my anxiety has been through the roof, I guess when one stops the other starts, it kinda sucks but for those of you that have asked about how I’m doing on the mood stabilizers, they are working very well, but they might also be making me anxious since I’m less sad now. These days I feel less stuck in my head but more like everything is coming at me all at once, and I can’t seem to slow down. Sorry I just totally ranted, but I think some of you guys like to hear this, so I will just leave it in 🙂 My brain is mush now, xailormoon logging out 🌙
