But first… the way the light bounces off the floor and illuminates my fuzzy muff and hanging belly?! 🥵 Want to pounce on that lighting effect next opportunity I get. Second, I caught a little bit of what I mean when I say that I’m not feeling well; random but severe hot flashes, shortness of breath, nausea and dizziness hit me in waves. I am not sure if you can tell but my skin was very puffed up and I was full of histamines this day. Emotional excitement in either direction (including arousal 🙃) and jumping/spinning/bouncing seem to be almost instant triggers when I feel this way. My hands and ankles are usually dead giveaways. It’s only a few moments in this video so it shouldn’t disrupt your overall enjoyment. At one point I *grab my own titty for emotional support and to help me steady myself* 😂 It’s serious!! I’m starting a fasting routine today to see if any food triggers are at play.
