Added 2023-07-07 05:43:09 +0000 UTCGood morning and Happy Friday what a week, in some ways seems to have been a long one, and I have got a lot done but now the weekend is here where have all the days gone :) Something I have learnt is to enjoy everyday and wish it away, as we think we have time but we don’t so grab all your opportunities, every one .. the small ones particularly … last night I went for s walk, in the distance I heard loud music coming from a boat club, walking past I danced every min in my head, stood on a bridge looking out to the still calm sunset river and breathed … in the background played This is the life by Amy McDonald :) Have a fabulous day, and you remember you got this day , do your best and smile, it’s free x
