These ice baths are low key giving me some mental super powers — at least that’s what it has been feeling like lol. The amount of energy I’ve been having lately, and my ability to push through difficult tasks (both mental and physical) have improved significantly. I’m sure I’ll stop talking about these ice baths eventually, but I’ve been hyping them up to hopefully inspire some of you to try it out with me 😁
