So I haven't been in the gym since last wednesday due to sho..

So I haven't been in the gym since last wednesday due to shoulder pain getting worse. This week I'll be doing legs, bis and tris 2x while taking a rest from chest. back and delt work to help me heal up a bit. Hopefully next week Ill be good to go. As of right now it looks like I'll be doing arms tonight, legs tuesday, arms again on thursday and legs wednesday. Probably start incorporating some ab work into my routine now too.
