Tonight was chest and tris with a little bit of delt work 4 sets of bench 6 sets between two seated machine chest presses 4 sets on a seated cable chest press 4 sets of Triceps Rope pressdowns 2 sets of diamond push-ups 4 sets of Skull crushers 4 sets of front dB raises supersetted with side raises and should presses (6 reps each)
