Hello my friends!! This week I have challenged myself to do CHAKRA WEEK!! I’m going to do a guided yoga and singing bowl meditation honoring each of the chakras individually!! Today is the root chakra which governs our sense of stability, security, safety, our connection to the physical world, our ancestors, and our sense of belonging!
I WAS CHANTING THE WORDS “LAM” during this meditation 🧘♀️ think about the color red at the base of your spine!!
