I’ve been working hard and consistently the past few months to bulk and build my body up to a place where I feel strong and equipped to stay ready and capable to do all I want to accomplish on life. My personal aspiration is to build my chest specifically, and it’s always my favorite work out of the week, so after sleeping off the majority of my jetlag off since I arrived 3 days ago, I finally worked out today with some dumbbells my cousin owns.
