






Did a quick leg day. Abs as always. Then a long cardio and sauna. Reached yesterday weight. But adding more protein and calories to diet to see if that helps my gains. Also added lemon juice to my drinks to see if that helps me from retaining as much water. The two protein drinks I posted last. Right one is great with any Gatorade but still good with water. And the chocolate powder dissolved in water and tastes like chocolate milk. I usually don’t do a drink until I get back to truck. 45-60 min after cardio depending on my sauna and shower. So I’m bringing a shake bottle in to drink right after I finish all of my workout. See if that also helps my results. Testing plenty of stuff to see what works best for me. Over all. A great day. Reached yesterday final weight again.
