Just had a warm shower, today I did shoulder and triceps hereβs the workout I did today.
Front Plate Raise β 3-4 warm up sets, 3-4 work sets of 15-20 reps
Alternating Shoulder Press β 5 work sets of 15-20 reps
Standing Lateral Raise β 5 work sets of 15-20 reps with partials to failure
Rear Delt Cable Flye β 3-4 work sets of 10-12 reps
Lying Dumbbell Tricep Extension β 3-4 work sets of 15 reps
Superset: Rope Pushdown and Overhead Rope Extension β 3-4 work sets of 12-15 reps each
Bench Dip β 5 sets to failure
