What kind of freaky shit are people into? 😳) Anyway, It has more beneficial antioxidants and flavonoids than a normal orange. I’m a nutrition nerd, and you should be too. We need to do good things for our bodies so that we feel good about ourselves and have confidence. Exercise is nature’s antidepressant. We ALL have the time if we just make it. Before I started this page, I had no idea there were so many good-hearted, attractive men whose only problem is they doubt themselves. The more you do for yourself in a self-caring and self-loving manner, the higher the feeling of accomplishment and the higher your confidence. I wasn’t always this brave. I had to put the work in first. I want to see you all thrive. I’m so grateful to all of you. ❤️
