


Accidentally got onto a big giant-salad kick and lost a bunch of weight (currently 132 😬) 😂 I honestly did not realize until I just weighed in on my bathroom scale, but it’s hard to chill when I have SO MUCH energy and have been enjoying so much more intense capabilities lately with the new mobility training I’ve been practicing. Sooooo, I guess I need to increase my carbs and start eating meals late at night again…? I usually fluctuate within a ten pound range, and this is LOW for me as I typically have been sitting at 140-ish, and yes the number on the scale doesn’t matter much to me, but that number tonight was a big surprise 😆
