

I made u breakfast! :)
Here is my pancake and sausage recipe:
For 2 servings (6 4-inch pancakes)
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 large egg
1/8 cup avocado oil
3/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Optional:
1/4 tsp pumpkin spice seasoning/cinnamon
Mix ingredients together and let sit for 10 mins while skillet heats up.
No need to oil cast iron skillet if well seasoned.
Cook 1/4 cup of batter at a time over medium heat, flipping once until each side is golden brown.

Breakfast sausage
Preheat oven at 400F
1 lb breakfast sausage
Form into 1/2 inch thick round patties.
Dimple center to prevent it from puffing up.
Drizzle honey/maple syrup. Add black pepper.
Bake for 15-20 mins at center rack until cooked through. No need to flip.
