



My current full day of eating....
I usually eat pretty much the same thing every day.
2 meals a week, .....I eat whatever the fuck I want to 😉
Breakfast
Orange juice and creatine
Caramel rice cake with 2tbs of Honey peanut butter
After workout
Coffee with 20g collagen powder
Flaming hot meat stick
Lunch
6 ounces of grilled chicken
6 ounces of rice
Snack
Strawberry Greek yogurt
Dinner
6 ounces of chicken or other lean meat
6 ounces of rice or potato
My food tastes amazing and I look forward to it daily 🖤
And I have about a gallon of water a day...
