I've gotten better but it's scary to throw yourself in a metal pole. My first class I broke my toe doing a fan kick. I think it will take a year to actually see a big difference. It's like lifting your own body weight. I have a great instructor. I've been practicing my moves and hope to add them to my repertoire soon.
