I got fit from yoga once. Maybe I can do it again. Lol Maybe some of you want to do it with me every day and we can keep each other accountable and encourage each other. I dunno. Just thoughts. I have been setting mini goals for myself. One mini goal is to do 10 minutes of yoga every day. And now on day 6 Iโ€™m averaging 30 minutes a day. One day I only did 10 minutes, but it still felt good to get it in. What do you want to do every day that your skipping? Maybe try setting a mini goal. Even if itโ€™s just 2 minutes. It will get you started and doing it every day even just a little bit will build the Habit. My other new habit is sitting down to enjoy at least one chapter from one of the many books Iโ€™ve collected but never read. Whatโ€™s a good book you would suggest? Letโ€™s start a book club! Lol Maybe Iโ€™ll start posting all my habits and you guys can tell me yours too? Again just ideas. Who wants to get healthy with me?!
