First Steps into Anal Sex: Relax, Lubricate, and Explore with Confidence!

3️⃣ Practice with your fingers ✋🏼 and get familiar with the sensation of stimulating yourself there! Make sure your nails are short and rounded. If you're repulsed by dirt or prefer the surface to feel more uniform, cover your finger with a latex condom or thimble. Lubricate the entire length of your index or middle finger. Start by touching the perianal area and the edges of the anus. Smile, breathe and relax! 🙌🏼
⚠️ Spoiler alert! If the anus contracts, take a few seconds to relax it. Move slowly with the second phalanx, when you feel ready insert the whole finger and stay there for a few seconds, without moving it. When you feel comfortable with the sensation, you can introduce more fingers or play with a toy

When you have the toy in, you can stay with the toy and change positions to familiarize yourself with the sensation. To remove it, grasp the top and relax. You can make a gentle expulsion movement to help pull it out.
