

25 days transformation 😲‼️ It might seem crazy but right after Mexico I started having digestive problems and very bad kidney and liver tests…gained a lot of weight then Christmas arrived I went off the rails 😅 Was feeling really down and sad about my physique what I was building in months of hard dieting and crying I lost in month…then I had extremely floated stomach whatever I ate my tummy would get x times bigger no one knew reason 😕 I stopped dieting and started trying new foods things that might help me for the first 2 weeks my main protein source was beef protein which had a lot of kcal I lost some fat anyway but this is first week I am eating only 🐓🍤 🐟 because of lower fat % A lot of vegetables to make me full My secret is I eat them first before everything before every meal to fulfill me and then after I eat protein sources and carbs 🤓 Yes I started tanning again haha taking care about me and already feeling good what’s questioning me if we did this in ONLY month what we can achieve next months?? 😍😍💦
