

Okay it’s time to get big❤️ want to focus more on health and looking better I’ve learned a lot in a short period of time competitions and diets… Months ago I didn’t know much about loosing weight I didn’t count calories then started was enjoying food and results but I wanted to have a shortcut and started cutting my calories too quick had multiple health issues and broke my metabolism…. as a skinny person years back I was struggling to gain weight was bullied in primary school and started working out… then I started competing and had problems with loosing weight and I started gaining fat rapidly 😂❤️ overeating being sad about my body whatever could happen happened 🤣❤️ and I’ve tried haha But now after my last competition I want to gain more muscles loose fat slowly I’ve built my new dieting plan I still don’t know what’s my maintenance calorie intake but I think it’s around 2200-2500kcal cuz I am more muscular than average guys which have around 2100kcal at my bw. And muscles are heavier than fat and burning more calories… But my goal is to eat 3000kcal and burn 1200kcal daily which at the end is 1800kcal I’ll try this for my first week of new plan If there will be no muscle increase or weight loss I’ll decrease my calorie intake or add cardio 😜❤️💋 after month I’ll start with supplements
