With my 35th birthday upon me I was hitting a midlife crisis and had to make some serious changes to improve my happiness. I have been very unhappy with my weight for the past couple years. Seeing how skinny I had become was really starting to bother me.
I have spent the past month working on myself and getting into better eating habits. As well as quitting some very unhealthy habits I have started in the past year. I’m excited to report I have gained 4-6 pounds and starting to feel good again! A way I haven’t felt in YEARS!
I did have thoughts that OF and making content could be a source of my stress. The break helped me gain some clarity. I did miss making content and now that I’m feeling better about my body, I’m excited to make content again!
During this time offline I was traveling almost every single weekend in September! Spent a lot of time with friends and family that I have neglected. Honestly, in part from my secret life online but also from the stressors of work/life. It felt so good to catch up with old friends. It’s like you pick right up where you left off 🥰. I need to find a better balance between my two personalities 😅.
In any case it was definitely was a birthday month to remember! Here are some pictures and a video I took on one of my vacations 😇.
