Mind muscle connection is the key for building your rear delts, not the weight! Second excercise is for your side delts: Lean a little bit forward and dont go higher as your shoulders with the dumbbells. For side delts is also mind muscle connection the key to make them grow! You can try to do a superset with these 2 excercises! Try it and tell me what you think :)
