I haven’t slept in days due to extreme stress and anxiety , I have hardly been able to force myself to eat . I’ve lost 24 lbs in the last 4 months. Of course seemingly it feels like it comes out of only my goods too 😖 I have been struggling very hard to even take a single picture of myself lately. So here’s me being vulnerable and saying thank you for sticking with your goddess during this spiral I have been enduring .
