This is a much requested follow up to my last exercise fail video when I used the exercise ball.
Watch how tired and out of breath I quickly become as I bounce on the exercise ball. Although I was planning on trying to pop the ball in the video, it actually happened much earlier than I planned. You can tell how surprised I was lol!
