Had an ex who claimed he was a trainer and I grew to dread it because of the pressure to please when it was so painful. So the disclaimer is that this is gonna be slow for me cause my problem is not that my butt cant do it but that I psych myself out. Please just be encouraging and dont be annoyed that I cant take a bowling ball up there in a week. lol
